Returns a map of providers each containing a map of settings for the given resource.

Parameters:

res - The resource for which to get provider settings.

hasActiveProviders

boolean hasActiveProviders(Resource res)

Checks whether active providers are available for the given resource.

Parameters:

res - The resource for which to check providers.
