Returns the configured timeout in milliseconds until a connection is established. A timeout value of 0 is interpreted as an infinite timeout.

Returns:

Timeout in milliseconds. If value is not configured SearchPromoteConstants.DEFAULT_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT is returned.
